Complete Game Rules for Builder Breaker
Learn all the rules and mechanics that govern gameplay in Builder Breaker.
Core Concept
Builder Breaker is NOT traditional tic-tac-toe. It's a strategic game where two opposing
forces collide:
- Order (Builder): Maintains structure by creating specific number of symbols in
patterns
- Chaos (Breaker): Prevents Order from achieving patterns
Game Grids and Winning Conditions
5x5 Grid Rules
Order must achieve: A pattern of 4 symbols in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal)
Chaos wins if:
- Order fails to create the required pattern
- The game reaches timeout
6x6 Grid Rules
Order must achieve: A pattern of 5 symbols in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal)
Chaos wins if:
- Order fails to create the required pattern
- The game reaches timeout
Symbol System
Order Symbols
- Flower (🌸): Represents growth and harmony
- O (⭕): Represents wholeness and unity
Chaos Symbols
- Fire (🔥): Represents destruction and change
- X (❌): Represents disruption and denial
- Star (⭐): Represents unpredictability

Symbol Sharing Rule: Any player can use any symbol depending on their strategy. Symbols
are assigned randomly in a round-robin fashion for variety.

If the game reaches timeout, Chaos wins by default.
This rule creates time pressure and adds strategic depth to the game. Manage your time wisely!
